What you may not send
These prohibitions apply to uploaded originals, restoration and colorization outputs, previews, stored files, and content shared or distributed through OldRevive.
- Sexual or pornographic content, including explicit nudity.
- Child sexual abuse, exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): uploading, restoring, generating, storing, sharing or distributing real or synthetic intimate images of a person without that person's consent. This includes sexual deepfakes and intimate images taken or shared without permission.
- Graphic violence, gore or extreme injury.
- Hateful propaganda or content promoting hatred against protected groups.
- Deceptive impersonation, fraudulent identity images or deceptive deepfakes.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized reproduction of protected work.
Use only photographs you are entitled to process. Normal family photos, including clothed children, are permitted. Users choose fixed restoration or colorization operations; we do not offer an unrestricted text-prompt generator.
New uploads are checked before restoration and new outputs before display using Gemini 3.8 Flash through KIE. A rejected, uncertain or unavailable check prevents generation or delivery. Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot establish copyright ownership, a person's identity or a depicted person's consent from an image. Report a result, suspected NCII or appeal a restriction at Contact or hello@oldrevive.com, including the photo reference but not prohibited attachments. An authorized administrator records the review and arranges an appropriate retry or refund; review does not automatically publish a withheld file.
Violating content may be withheld or removed. We may revoke review access and restrict abusive usage. Safety and human-review decisions are logged. Do not bypass these controls or use free previews to overload the service. Discover uses staff-selected demonstration images; customer photos are not automatically published.
